JUDGING
AOS and EEOS judging will take place on Friday morning,
October 14 at 9:00 a.m. on the R.F. Orchids nursery grounds.
Plant registration will take place on Thursday, October 13
from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.. Plants may be entered
individually or placed in the society's exhibit. Besides
individual entries,there will be floor exhibits, tabletop exhibits
and society exhibits. If you would like to exhibit, please
contact our Show Chairperson Valerie Leonard by
e-mail or by phone at (305)
903-0630 to make
your space reservation.

the EEOS Exhibit

Members
can drop their orchids off at R.F. Orchids on Thursday, October 13, from
2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.. As always, they will be cared for until placed
in the exhibit. Don't forget that plants judged in the EEOS exhibit
will get double points. So if you get first place at the meeting and
at the show, you will be awarded 15 points total!! Plants can be
dropped off earlier in the day and will be entered later.

We
know that not everyone can be at the show for all four days, but if you
can help for even just a few hours on one day, your participation will
be greatly appreciated. A signup sheet will be available at the monthly
meeting. You can also contact our Show Chairperson Valerie Leonard at
