We sure had some beautiful orchids to show last month. The cool winter months must have invigorated them. Many orchids responded well to the recent warm weather we’ve been having. After your orchid blooms, look at it closely, if it needs repotting, now's the time to do it.

We were honored with two culture awards this month. Christa Collins received a culture for her Den. farmeri. This well-grown plant had 7 spikes with 120 flowers. Christa also received culture for a well-flowered Den. aggregatum with 33 spikes and 495 flowers. The colors were typical for the plants. Congratulations on the cultures!
