Tonight's Program:
Andy Easton
The Times They Are A-Changing

Andy Easton Our program tonight will be presented by Andy Easton. The talk will be a look at today's orchid world, the changes that are occurring and what might happen in the decade ahead.

Andy Easton is an AOS Senior Judge and an expert on Cymbidiums , Odontoglossums (including the warmth-tolerant species and hybrids), Paphiopedilums (mottled-leaf alba varieties), and Cattleyas.

Andy has been a professional orchid grower and hybridizer since 1973. He is the former owner of Geyserland Orchids in New Zealand and the former Director of Education for the American Orchid Society. Currently, Andy is the proprietor of New Horizon Orchids which breeds orchids for The Netherlands and other world markets. He is also an Emeritus Judge of the Cymbidium Society of America and an Invited International Judge of the Tokyo Grand Prix. Furthermore, he is a consultant to commercial orchid growers in Holland, Colombia, Australia, Japan, Thailand, and China.

Andy will be supplying the plants for the raffle table. And from what we've seen of the plants he has brought in for our meetings, we're in for a treat. So don't miss it. And bring a friend along!!

Come and join us as we explore this wonderful group of plants.
