After college, Axel worked for a biotech company, until he got the opportunity to work for and direct Amazonia Orchids, Inc. They have been open to the public since 1999 and specialize in Cattleya species and hybrids. Amazonia owns and operates its own lab where cloning, seedling, and some genetic studies are performed. Axel's family has been in the orchid business for more than 25 years. |
In his program, Axel will explain how to care for your orchids so they will grow and bloom in Florida. Amazonia Orchids will provide the plants for the Raffle Table.
